Nunn sentenced on sexual related charges Thursday

Thursday in Twin Falls District Court; Fifth District Judge Randy Stoker sentenced a defendant involved in sexual related charges.
David Nunn, III, is sentenced to pay court costs, and share the payment of restitution fees of almost $7,000, with two other defendants involved in this case.

Judge Stoker will maintain jurisdiction over the case, and will send Nunn on the Cottonwood Rider Program.

Nunn plead guilty to counts of criminal conspiracy - and 'forcible sexual penetration using a foreign object.' judge stoker says Nunn can't just use the rider program to get on probation.

Stoker says if Nunn violates any part of the program, he will have no problem sending him straight to the Idaho State Penitentiary.

Meanwhile, in other court news, Twin Falls residents originally charged with multiple counts of possession of child pornography has been bound over after a preliminary hearing by a magistrate judge, and plead not guilty in district court.

In turn, the Twin Falls County Prosecutor has dismissed 5 of the 20 counts of sexually exploitative material involving a child - against 38-year old Dwayne E King.

Court records indicate police found multiple computer hard drives owned by King which containing images and videos of children.

Police say they started an investigation into King's activities a little over a year ago.

A jury trial has been set for mid November.
