Thurber Facing Multiple Sex Charges

Today in Cassia county Fifth District Court, a Rupert woman pled not guilty to multiple child sex charges.

Emily Thurber, 26, is facing eight counts of child sex charges – for lewd and lascivious behavior, conspiracy, statutory rape of a female under the age of 18, sexual battery of a minor of 16 to 17 years of age, and conspiracy to commit sexual battery.
She is facing a maximum of life in prison and multiple charges of $50,000.
Thurber's pre–trail is set for October 27th, and the trial for November 4th.
