Some Idaho school districts are starting to report more students missing classes due to the swine flu outbreak.

The Murtaugh School District has cancelled school for Wednesday Thursday and Friday due to the number of students calling in sick.

In Twin Falls, school attendance has dropped significantly, with 700 absences or about nine percent of students home sick yesterday.

None of those cases have been confirmed as swine flu; in Boise, 3,000 kids, or about 12 percent of the district's 25,000 students, stayed home Monday.

A district spokesman is advising parents to keep sick kids home until they are fever-free for 24 hours.
