The leader of Idaho's Public Schools says he plans to run again next year.

Republican Tom Luna says he'll kick off his 2010 re-election campaign with a fundraiser next week.

In 2006 Luna beat democrat Jana Jones to become the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.

So far no other candidates have filed paperwork to begin raising money to run for the office.
