The area around Pole Line and Washington continue to be a major area of development. Next week the Twin Falls City Planning And Zoning Commission will consider a preliminary plat north of Pole Line.

Its called the Magic Valley Marketplace Subdivision which consists of the newly built Walgreens. The developer intends to expand 2 commercial lots next to it.

City documents do not indicate what may be built on the property.

The two lots would share access, plus sewer, water and other utilities are available now that the new Walgreens is up and running.
