The company overseeing the Twin Falls Alternate Route Construction Project says it plans to hire 90 percent of it's workers locally.

So far 'W.W. Clyde And Company'has secured contracts with 16 Idaho based sub contractors or suppliers. This project will expand the two lane highway into four lanes as well as building a four lane bridge across rock creek canyon.

If you're interested in working on the project - you can fill out an application online at www.wwclyde.net.

You can also contact your local labor union - including the 'Pacific Northwest Regional Council Of Carpenters' or 'Laborers Local 155' in Idaho Falls.

Or get a hold of either 'Teamsters Local Number 983' or 'Operating Engineers Local Number 370' in Pocatello.
