Perrine Elementary School will soon be able to afford some new equipment to use in the classrooms, thanks to a generous donation.
The Blue Lakes Rotary Club donated $4,010.00 to the school.
The funds were raised from a Rotary club pancake breakfast last Saturday.

Rotary Club President Scott Roberts said, “It's an annual event and we select different schools around the magic valley, the kids put on - the kids really do the work, they go out and they sell the tickets.”

Principal Bill Brulotte said, “With this money, and with money from our PTA cookie dough that we just finished selling, we are going to put the two together, and we're going to put projectors in every classroom, and the projectors hook up to computers, so they display off the computers on to the wall for teacher's lessons.”

The projectors should arrive at the school within the next week.
Officials will work on installing them over the Christmas break.
The Blue Lakes Rotary Club usually donates $4,000 to $5,000 a year to one school in the Magic Valley.
