Construction on multi-use building on canyon rim has begun

The foundation for a new multi-use building is being set along the canyon rim; work on the Pinnacle Building started at the end of October.

According to the developer it will have 4 stories; it will also be the home of the Magic Valley Arts Council, with an art gallery and performance stage.

It will also have a restaurant and office space.

Original plans were to have high end apartments available but the developers decided against it.

The building is expected to be finished in about a year from now.
