Deadly Morning RolloverEden
A Sunday morning crash on the interstate near Eden killed an Eastern Idaho man.
Just after 6a.m. Idaho State Police with help from the Jerome County Sheriff's office investigated a one vehicle rollover at milepost 185. Police say 22–year old Ammon resident Omar Labra Barrera was traveling westbound when for unknown reasons his vehicle went off the road. The man was ejected. He was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor and the incident is still under investigation.
