Hailey Residents Wait for Bergdahl's ReturnHailey
In Hailey, the Blaine County sheriff read a statement from Bergdahl's family telling Bowe to stay strong. Hailey residents also stand behind him, and say they hope he is released.
Blaine County Sheriff Walt Femling said, "The Bergdahl family pleads with the captors to let their only son come home. To Bowe, we love you and we believe in you. Stay strong." Hailey resident Carina Hein said, "That's very sad. That's very sad that he's been kept for so long, also, you know, ever since July. That's very sad.
