Idaho Governor Butch Otter says he worries over the state's budget woes to a point where he's losing sleep at night.

Meantime, Otter has accepted a $100 bet with Former Democratic Governor Cecil Andrus, who also served as U.S. Interior Secretary under the Jimmy Carter Administration.

Andrus says he believes Idaho’s economy will revive faster than predictions by Otter and the largely republican legislature.

Otter says he's taking the bet, while hoping and praying that it's one he'll lose.
