Two suspects in the local meth case have both waived their right to a preliminary hearing and been bound over to district court.
25 year old Nathaniel Thomas, 25, and his wife, Whitney Thomas, 23, are each charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance.
Both were arrested at a suspected meth lab in the garage of a Twin Falls home on Alderwood Avenue.
Both individuals are now scheduled for arraignment and to enter pleas next Monday before a Fifth District Judge.
Meantime, a Twin Falls man charged with eluding county sheriff's officials has waived his preliminary hearing before a magistrate judge, and will be arraigned in district court on March 22nd.
Court records show Joshua Grimes, 36, led police on a pursuit for half an hour and at times he reached speeds in excess of 90 to 100 miles per hour.
Grimes’ is also charged with driving under the influence.
Records show his blood-alcohol contest was .20, twice the legal limit.
