Yesterday we mentioned that 28 year old Chad Burnett of Magic Valley had been charged with statutory rape and sexual abuse of a minor in Burley; right now Burnett is incarcerated at Weber County Correction Facility in Ogden, Utah.
He was arrested in Utah on March First on two felony charges, violating a no-contact order and intimidation of a witness.
In November, Burnett was suspended with pay from his job at Burley High School, after incidents involving a female student. His arraignment at the Cassia County Courthouse in Burley has been rescheduled for March 23rd at 9 am.
