Latham Jr. bound over on felony battery charges

A judge has ruled there is sufficient evidence to bind over former Twin Falls car dealer Robert Latham Junior for trial in 5th District Court. Latham faces one count of felony domestic battery against his wife and two other related charges.
Judge Jason Walker refused to reduce Latham’s half-million dollar bond, and he will remain in the Twin Falls County Jail.
Latham's $200,000 bond was revoked last month after he allegedly violated a no contact order with the alleged victim.
Latham was convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence in 2008, and placed on probation.
