Bikers with the Idaho Motorcycle Club got together this morning for a ride to celebrate Saint Patrick ’s Day.
The club met at the Action Cycle and Sleds Shop off Addison at 10 this morning for coffee and doughnuts – for the Shamrock Ride.
After that, they bundled up to brave the cold temperatures.
Red Barber with the Idaho Motorcycle Club says "This is our main fundraiser for the year which enables us to do other charitable works. We're going to go on a ride – my Ride Captain Art is designing – and we will end up at the Moose Hall for some corn beef cabbage and some Irish stew, and hopefully a little good time!"
It cost 15 dollars a person to ride today.
This money enables the club to go on other rides, such as the Special Olympics ride to raise money for that cause, or to go on rides to donate to people with special needs.
