Twin Falls, Idaho - This year’s fireworks pleased the crowds; thousands lined the streets of Twin Falls and found their favorite spot.

The show, lasting nearly half an hour, even impressed those from out of state and a bigger city.

Samantha Jimmi visiting from Albuquerque, NM said, "Most fireworks are the same these ones for some reason, they were like lot bigger and louder than we have in Albuquerque."

Organizers have already started planning for next years fireworks display, but they want to get more involvement and donations from the general public instead of just going to business owners.

In fact, the unofficial Magic Valley Citizens 4th Of July Fireworks Organization started before last nights display with a pancake breakfast Sunday morning, which they plan on making an annual event. All proceeds will go to 2011's fireworks display.

In the mean time they will be talking with the Southern Idaho Fireworks Organization to combine efforts.

Some ideas floating around are to spread fund raising events out throughout the year, such as a community yard sale, t-shirt and bracelet sales.

Plus, one suggestion is to have an option for twin falls residents to donate on their water bill. For some it was important to have the fire works on the 4th for others it didn't matter so much, just as long as there were fireworks.
