A Preview Of Weightloss Resolutions

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) We're only two months into 2013 and many who made a New Years Resolution have already given up.

Most vow to eat better, get healthy and lose weight but then a missed day at the gym turns into a week and the diet hasn't produced the desired results.

Most of these resolutions fail because of unrealistic goals and too high expectations.

"Not realizing that it's going to take time. And that it is a New Years goal not a new week or new month goal," says Janalee Hope, Wright's Physical Therapy.
