Agri-Service Started in Twin Falls But The Company Continues To Grow
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Clint Schnoor is the COO of Agri–Service. In the past several years he has seen the company expand. The move to a new corporate downtown office isn't the only growth Agri–Service has seen and it's not done yet.
"Every about two and a half years, we add another dealership and so we have some spots in Idaho that we would like to open new stores in. But Southern Utah is an area that we aren't in yet. Eastern Washington is an area that we aren't in yet," said Clint Schnoor.
Agri–Service is a company that was born right here in Twin Falls. In 1990 they had this one dealership. More than two decades later, they have nine dealerships in three states.
"The biggest reason I think we've grown is due to our service and our parts availability. Farmers love it and we've always taken really good care of our customers. That's our number one priority and we thrive on that," said Derek Davis, Marketing Director at Agri-Service.
The company thrives on great customer service. Several years ago, the owner of Agri–Service gave their employees even more reason to work hard for the company.
"In 2010 our owner decided that he was ready to sell the business and he looked at some different things but one of the primary focuses for him was rewarding the employees that helped build the business,” said Clint Schnoor.
That's when Agri–Service became an employee owned company.
"When you come meet with our employees and co–owners, they want to help you. They want to provide great customer service so you're interested in coming back and doing business with us again," said Clint Schnoor.
Agri–Service is only one of three farm equipment dealerships in the United States that is employee owned.
