Albion Offers Authentically Haunted Mansion

ALBION, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - It's October and that means it's the month for haunted houses, corn mazes and other frightfully fun activities.

Every Sunday we'll be previewing a haunted house in our area.

Our first stop, the Haunted Mansions of Albion.

If you're looking for a truly authentic haunted adventure this is the place to go.

The haunted tour consists of four buildings over one hundred years old that are said to be naturally haunted.

The buildings were part of a college that was abandoned in 1969.

Since then, several paranormal investigators have reported activity in the buildings.

This year owner Heather Mortensen has added several new additions, including an additional building.

"The most unique thing about our place here is these buildings are truly historic and they are authentically creepy and that's the great thing about this place is that you're going to come through these buildings and you're not going to see anything like it anywhere else," said Heather Mortensen, Owner.

The haunted mansions will be open every Friday and Saturday this month from 7 p.m. to midnight.

Plus, Wednesday the 26th and of course Halloween night.
