Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Halloween isn't only about tricks and treats; it's about stimulating the economy.
A record one hundred and seventy million people plan to celebrate Halloween this year with spending up to an expected new all time high of 8-Billion dollars according to the national retail federation Halloween survey.
