Book Sale Raises Money for the Public Library

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) The Twin Falls Public Library Foundation is raising money for the library.

The foundation held a book sale over the last two days.

The event raises money for a variety of programs at the public library.

Paperbacks cost fifty cents and hardbacks one dollar.

There were over 35,000 books available.

"The library refreshes their collections from time to time and so we get those and then people from the community donate," said Diane Vanengelen, Twin Falls Public Library Foundation.

Over one–hundred volunteers work for the foundation.

And, it's always looking for new books.

If you'd like to donate there's a drop off bin inside the library.
