Boy Helps Relieve Kids' Hospital Boredom

By Jay Michaels

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Today a young boy gave more than 100 activity boxes for kids in the hospital at St. Luke's Magic Valley.

Those boxes contain everything from coloring books to card games. Nine year old Jacob Miller got one of these boxes when he was in the hospital. And now he wants to bring smiles to other children who are here.

Miller says, "They just came in and gave me the box and it made me feel better. 'Cause I had something to do instead of just sit there and watch TV."

The Greater Twin Falls Association of Realtors donated and put together these boxes. It's part of the Jared Box Project, which is designed to lift the spirits of children who are in the hospital.
