Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A Twin Falls man charged with 2nd degree murder was sentence to life in prison this afternoon.

On July 14th 23 year old Bradley S. James plead guilty to the late 2013 murder of 58 year old Larry Miller of Filer.

On Tuesday, James was in court for his final sentencing.

Judge Randy Stoker sentences James to a unified life sentence.

With 15 years fixed and life indeterminate.

Mark Hiedeman represented the state on the matter.

He feels that justice has been served.

"I do... yeah. I think the important thing in this case was for him to get a life sentence. And because he's a difficult individual to figure out, I don't know if he's a natural born killer of he's just a confused kid. I will give the parole board a life sentence to deal with and if they figure out he's a psychotic killer they can keep him for the rest of his life."
Said Mark Hiedeman, Special Prosecuting Attorney for the state

James was also ordered to pay any court cost and restitution to the State and Twin Falls County in the amount of $7,000.

James will be available for parole in the year 2029.

At that time it will be up to the department of corrections to determine if James is a viable candidate for parole.

If not, James could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
