Burley High School Administrator Waives Preliminary Hearing
Burley, Idaho (KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV) A school administrator facing multiple child sex abuse charges, waived her preliminary hearing Thursday.
Burley High School Vice–Principal Tara Bagley will now be arraigned in district court. She's charged with seven counts of sexual battery committed by lewd or lascivious acts on a minor 16 to 17 years old. Bagley has since been suspended from her position at the school.
