Business Opportunities Downtown
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) New Leaf Properties purchased the old county building on Shoshone Street. Now they're looking for some occupants.
The building has been a staple of the downtown community for years and now could be another example of new business coming to the area.
Eric Watte, Partner, New Leaf Properties explains, "this is a view they call it the north doctors' offices, it's a nice variety of smaller offices and larger offices, nurses station, just a lot of options here."
Watte found the building to be a good investment.
"We're local investors and own some other commercial property in the area and we saw it on the market and we're attracted by its size and location," adds Watte.
This 91,000 sq. ft. building is centrally located in downtown twin falls and can be used for a variety of purposes.
Watte says, "anything requiring a lot of sq. Footage, offices, a call center, churches, anybody that needs to congregate, maybe even some senior with retrofitting, maybe light surgery a VA."
Depending on what the interested party wants, immediate occupancy could be a reality. Right now, all options are open.
"Our primary objective would be to get a single tenant, rent the place out, but we wouldn't rule out a sale either, keeping our options open at this junction," claims Watte.
And so are the opportunities.
"Full basement, bottom floor, top building, lots of parking, very strong, very well–maintained."
Now if you're interested in the building, please call Doug Vollmer, of American Real Estate and Appraisal at 420-5650.
