Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) As the rain continues to fall and the water rises, there are many businesses feeling the effects.
The majority of the flooding is along the Perrine Coolie, which is the canal that runs through the city.
With the over flow, it has caused sewers to back up, which is the main cause of flooding inside the buildings.
One property management company has some homes that have had problems and is taking time to pump out the water.
"We're probably out of rent for 30 days. We're going to have to strip walls and basements. This basement property had three feet of water, and the other properties on the block are about the same," explains Elaine Bowman.
Harbor Freight in Twin Falls sold over 50 water pumps Wednesday. They do have a few left but will soon be out of stock.
