Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - Can you believe it's been two years since C3 opened in Twin Falls?

Since 2010, C3 has hired 350 full–time employees, 100 of those people are still there today.

In fact, many of those employees started as call center representatives and have grown to supervisor positions.

After two years, a company with 500 employees continues to grow.

"I love my job here. It has allowed me to grow in many ways I couldn't have in other jobs. Since working at C3, I moved into two new positions,” said Penny Lawton-Reynolds, HR Coordinator, C3.

"It's been a great journey C3 especially coming to Twin Falls. It was the first of the operational components for C3. Prior to that, they were doing consulting since when they decided to open, they looked over the country and Twin Falls was selected,” said Jay Fort, Site Director, C3.

The move into the Magic Valley couldn't have come at a better time.

"We were thrilled to have C3 come in when Dell pulled out. it couldn't have come at a better time with the recession. It was a great infusion of jobs,” said Jan Roeser, Idaho Department of Labor.

An infusion of jobs at the call center.

Right now, their accounts are Medicaid–based insurance. Their job is to help answer people's questions when they call in.

"It's nice to have this many jobs in the Magic Valley. I'm from the Magic Valley. This is my home. It's great to have that many paychecks going out and I expect to see that continue to grow until we have no seats left,” said Fort.

Two years down and many more to come.

C3 is located at 851 Pole Line Road in Twin Falls. The center is approximately 48,000 square feet in size.
