Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT) - Members of the College of Southern Idaho Board of Trustees discussed the president's contract, Monday night; at the conclusion of the meeting, the board voted to renew the contract for current president Dr. Jerry Beck.

According to reports, Beck receives an annual salary of $166,000 per year, but he did not receive a raise for this next year.

Beck's been CSI's top official since 2005; he says he has lots of ideas for the future.

He says, "CSI continues to need to grow to balance the budget so we're looking forward to large increases in the fall and that will help us balance that budget."

Beck’s contract is extended for three more years.
