Carey School Plays With New Technology

Carey, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) Students at the Carey School is experiencing hands on science experiments Tuesday.
The Micron sponsored S.T.E.M. Discovery Team rolled in with its sixty foot bus to show off technology that students rarely see.
Stem stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The day included robotics, electro-magnets and even testing liquid nitrogen.
Thanks to Micron the Discovery Team will visit 100 schools in Idaho over the next two years.
Discovery team member Chad Houck says:
"Just have a ton of different opportunity for kids to get their hands into and work with some of the things that would be very difficult for a school to bring on campus on a normal basis."
