Burley, Idaho (KMVT-TV/KTWT-TV) Suspended Burley High School Vice Principal Tara Bagley was arrested in December in Utah for allegedly having sexual contact with minors.

Bagley faces seven counts of sexual battery committed by lewd or lascivious acts on a minor of 16 or 17 years old.

After returning to Idaho, Bagley was booked into the cassia county jail. Since then she's posted bail at more than one-hundred thousand dollars.

An investigation is underway in Cassia County.

"On December 14th, we were made aware of allegations of inappropriate behavior among a certified staff member and a female High School student and at that time we met with that teacher and did a brief investigation. Later that day we reported it to the Sheriff's office and the professional standards commission as well” said Superintendent Dr. Gaylen Smyer, Cassia County School District.

Going through court records, two victims came forward.

They've shared explicit details of allegedly being touched sexually by Tara Bagley.

Victim one says, the first time she kissed Bagley was in Las Vegas when they were on vacation with Bagley’s family.

Victim two says, Bagley kissed her on the lips like a boyfriend/girlfriend, while they were in Utah at Bagley’s son's basketball tournament.

"It's my understanding that now its two victims, both are which are students at the school” said Dr. Gaylen Smyer

The alleged activity began in July 2011, and one of the students told investigators the last incident happened on December 12, 2012.

Court records say Burley Principal Dr. Carlyon Hondo spoke with Bagley where she said she was inappropriate with a student and that she hugged and kissed her.

A statement that Hondo explained was difficult to admit because Bagley is like a daughter to her.

"We do take things very serious and we do take action and I know I'm not allowed to talk about it, because I can't talk about it, it seems like nothing is being done” said Dr. Gaylen Smyer

The investigation is ongoing through the school district and the state's professional standards commission.

Bagley is expected to be in court on January 31, 2012 for a preliminary hearing.
