Christensen's Hearing Postponed
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The preliminary hearing for a man charged for crimes relating to last week's drive–by shooting is being postponed.
50–year old James Scott Christensen was in a Twin Falls County courtroom Friday. He's charged with aggravated assault and discharging a firearm, both felonies. Police say Christensen fire shots at a home on 3rd Avenue North just after midnight on June 14th. Witnesses led police to Christensen later that evening in the 1200 block of 8th Avenue East. His preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for July 13th. Comments ( |
