Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A man accused of robbing the Sonic Restaurant in Twin Falls was in court today.

Videos from October show 29 year old Christopher Michael Cole robbing the restaurant. The videos show Cole hitting the store manager with what was later identified as a BB gun.

Two months ago, he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and robbery. Today, District Judge Randy Stoker ordered Cole to serve time in the Idaho State Penitentiary.

Stoker said, "I will impose a unified sentence of 15 years, as the state requests. But consistent with the five year fixed period, a ten year indeterminate period of time."

Cole will serve at least five years in prison before being eligible for parole, but he could also be in prison up to 15 years.
