City Council Approves New Revenue Allocation Area For Downtown Twin Falls
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) On Monday, the Twin Falls City Council held a public hearing on the proposed new Revenue Allocation Area.
The Allocation Area, which was approved by the City council, makes up 17 blocks of the downtown area.
With the approval from the council those 17 blocks are now in the hands of the Twin Falls Urban Renewal Agency.
Which means monies reserved in the URA budget can now be used for building and infrastructure improvements for the entire area.
The area includes most of the 17 blocks on both sides of Shoshone Street south.
