Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) If you have driven down pole line in Twin Falls recently, you've probably notice the construction of new buildings.

Workers are busy at three different construction sites on pole line road.

When you drive down the road, near Walgreens - a Fairfield Marriott hotel is being built.

Right next to that, the fast food chain Culver's is in the beginning stages of construction.

"Those local contractors do their own thing. They call us for building inspections so; I can't speak to their schedule. The hotel is progressing and Culver's recently broke ground and started construction,” said Troy Vitek, Assistant City Engineer.

Down the road near St. Luke's, Castle's Corner gas station is going in.

Owners Tammy and Kyle Castle are busy putting the final touches on the plans.

"We've had our eyes on this location for two years now. We love the location and the proximity to the hospital and the surrounding residences'. We've been working on this site for awhile,” said Tammy Castle.

The owners plan to open the doors to Castle's Corner by mid-May.

Several new lots are getting ready to be developed near Randy Hansen.

One of those is nearly complete, Davita Dialysis Center is expected to open in mid-April.

"I like to see that it's all being developed. They have the roadway there and infrastructure. We are starting to see a change,” said Vitek.

A change that the castle's hope more development moves into the north west part of town.
