Drug Graduation Ceremony Celebrates Recovery
Local residents in a drug rehab program graduated tonight with friends and family watching.
The participants completed the 5th District drug court program. They have made a commitment to sobriety and recovery. It is a one year program that includes residential or out patient substance abuse treatment, frequent random drug testing, and mandatory court appearances as well as attendance at support meetings. The graduates shared their stories about how the program has impacted their lives and their loved ones. The ceremony was held at the CSI Fine Arts Building. Comments ( |
