TWIN FALLS, (ID) Saturday September 29th 2012 is the NATIONAL DEA drug take back day across the US. This allows folks a safe way to dispose of their unused, unwanted and expired drugs.
This is a collaboration of Safe Kids Magic Valley, the Twin Falls Police Dept, Neuhoff Communications and our local pharmacies.
The following will be accepted from 10 am – 2 pm at the KMVT- north side of the building- near the Community Room.- 1100 Blue Lakes Blvd. North.
Expired or unwanted prescription drugs
Unneeded over the counter medicines
Drugs that didn’t work for you or a family member or a pet.
Drugs that are no longer used
Medicines from a family member who has died
Unknown tablets or capsules
Leave all medicines in original containers if possible.
Please don’t bring thermometers, needles or medical waste of any kind.
