E-Books Prove Popular At Twin Falls Public Library
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Electronic books are becoming more and more popular, especially at your local library.
In the last eight months, Twin Falls Public Library patrons have checked out e-books almost 1800 times. Right now the library has about 600 e-books, and they're adding between 30 and 50 new electronic books every month. Reference Librarian Beth Swenson says the new format is very popular with local readers. Swenson says, "We've got popular titles on there, we've got some classic books, we even have gardening and cooking books, a wide variety." Swenson says you can check out electronic books by visiting ebooks.twinfallspubliclibrary.org . Then enter your library card number, and download the books to your e-reader. July 20, 2012.
