Eleven arrested after major drug and firearm bust
Eleven people from the Magic and Treasure Valleys are behind bars after a major drug and firearm bust.
Of the eleven who were arrested, ten were living in the Magic Valley.
According to the U-S Attorney's Office, the Idaho State Police, along with federal agencies, have been investigating the group for the past 14 months.
Those arrested have been indicted for conspiring to distribute meth, cocaine and marijuana throughout southwest Idaho.
Some were also indicted for the unlawful possession of a firearm by illegal aliens.
Over the course of the investigation, officials seized four firearms and several pounds of meth, cocaine and marijuana.
Those arrested are facing a minimum sentence of ten years to life in prison, a $4 million fine and supervised release for five years.
