Gooding County, Idaho (KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV) A man is dead following a wreck in Gooding County.

30–year old Bobby Westlake of Jerome was in a pickup headed southbound on 2300 East just after 9 a.m Saturday.

The Gooding County Sheriff's Office says he was going around a curve onto 3300 South, headed toward Jerome, when his pickup went off the road and hit a tree on the passenger side.

The truck burst into flames and Westlake was unable to get out.

He died at the scene.
