Filer, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) The Filer Fun Days kicked off this afternoon over at the Twin Falls County fairgrounds.
Over the past 20 years, this city wide celebration has been bringing in money for local projects all over town.
Friday, the weekend long party started up with the annual fish fry at the fairgrounds.
Residents came out in the hundreds to enjoy some of the best fried fish around and to support one of the many causes.
“College scholarships to quick response to the senior haven… we have over a dozen project we do each year and this is one of our big fundraisers.”

Filer Fun Days will continue Saturday starting early in the mooring.
Starting at 8, a breakfast will be served followed by a parade down Main Street and than an entire evening of games, music and food at the fairgrounds.
