Fireworks Selling Briskly At Local Stands
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Everybody watches fireworks on the Fourth of July, but many of us set off smaller fireworks closer to home.
Tanks, ground blooms, and fountains are the big sellers at local fireworks stands. Burning snakes are another popular variety. Two kids buying fireworks with their grandma told us about their favorites.
Abby Stokes says, "I love all of the different colors and big explosions and the loud noises."
Her brother Preston Stokes says, "I like how they're loud and they burst up into the air."
Fireworks vendors are looking forward to doing a brisk business tonight and tomorrow. The fireworks display at the College of Southern Idaho will begin about ten o'clock tomorrow night, July 4th.
