Fit and Well Idaho Event At City Park

The annual Fit and Well Idaho event took place today at the Twin Falls City Park.

Neuhoff Communications partnered with St. Luke's to bring the event free to the public.

Lasting from 10 am to 2 pm, the day featured activities and games for the kids, including an obstacle course, rock wall, and a zumba class.
Event sponsors talk about their experience and reason for attending the event.

Spokeswoman for St. Luke’s Magic Valley Laura Stewart explains, “we try to make sure that people understand that fruit and fitness and all that can be fun. And healthy can be fun."

Owner of Great Harvest Bread Company Sophia Bates adds, "there is nutrition in our bread especially our whole wheat bread. We have great nutrition in our breads because of that fresh ground flour."

The event focuses on the wellness and prevention aspect of health.
Runway fashion exchange presented a fashion show and world financial group held a financial health seminar at noon.
