Free Pancakes Give-A-Way Over At IHop

By Joey Martin

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) All day Tuesday, IHop restaurants across the country are handing out free stacks of pancakes to help raise money for children in need.

Over the past 30 years IHop has held a free pancake day to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network of Hospitals.

And here in Twin Falls, our local chapter of the breakfast powerhouse was raising money for the Saint Luke's Children's Hospital.

Starting at 5 Tuesday morning and running till midnight you can stop by the Twin Falls location and pick up your free short stack of flapjacks.

"It gives us a great feeling to be able to help the children and know that were helping them in every possible way that we can. They just come in and get a free stack of pancakes and then we just ask them to donate whatever." Said the Twin Falls IHope General Manager Dee Moriarty.

Along with your donation, you can also purchase a paper balloon that you can write your name on and post up around the restaurant.

The balloons are one to five dollars each and 100–percent of the money raised from today's pancake give–a–way will go directly to the Saint Luke's Children's Hospital.
