Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) In his first legislative session, freshman representative Clark Kauffman is busy reviewing issues at the State Capitol.

He’s also excited to work for the citizens of Twin Falls County.

Sitting in his chair during a House of Representative meeting, Kauffman is proud to serve the public.

"The express up in Boise is drinking from a fire hose and that's pretty much true. A lot of issues a wide range of issues that you didn't even know were issues until you get to the statehouse” said (R) Representative Clark Kauffman.

Kauffman never saw himself in office and now joins more than thirty new freshmen representatives.

"I have contacted several people within the last week to get input on bills. I would like them to read the bills and give me their feedback” said Kauffman.

A new face making a difference and always looking for public feedback.
