Twin Falls, ID (KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV) Kids of all ages were invited out this weekend to Barns & Noble to cool off with Olaf, as part of Frozen Friday.
Kids in attendance enjoyed story time by Disney’s Frozen Queen Elsa herself, along with a sing–a–long, face painting, and crafts.
All of this was put on as a part of "Get Pop–Cultured” month.
Saturday was Marvel Day, and Sunday afternoon was James Patterson day.
Elsy Slifer, receiving manager at Barns & Noble, talks about the positive turnout during the Get Pop-Cultured program.
"It's kind of the idea of getting people active in our community who enjoy pop culture events like Dr. Who, Page & Screen events, and that sort of thing.
Just kind of seeing what we have in store; and having fun just getting involved, and active in our activities,” Slifer said.
Upcoming events as part of the “Get Pop–Cultured” program include a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles day this Thursday.
There will also be a Dr. Who day on Friday the 8th, and a Page and Screen event next weekend.
All events are free, and anyone is welcome to join.
