Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) The first of two new assisted living and memory loss facilities held a special ground breaking ceremony this afternoon.

For 16 years, Ashley Manor has been specializing in providing care to seniors in the Magic Valley.

To help even more seniors, the organization decided to build two brand new facilities in Twin Falls.

Their new building is located at 1818 Parkview Drive, located directly across from Magic Valley Hospital.

Along with adding over 30 new jobs to the valley…

The unique design of the new home sets Ashley Manor apart in the memory care industry in the area.

"We wanted to create facilities that looked and felt like single family residential properties. Each time we build one of these we've tried to improve them so it's better for the residents and for their families," explained Roger Malm, founder of Ashley Manor.

Due to high demand and the high quality of their new facility, Ashley Manor has decided build a second location.

The second facility will be located next door to today's ground breaking.
