Jerome, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) Monday afternoon the Make It Program met at the Jerome Public Library.
The event is held every Monday afternoon from 3:30 to 5.
While the program caters to children in fourth to twelve grade, anyone from the public is encouraged to attend.
Alison Morgan, Youth Program Specialist at the Jerome Public Library, explains the benefits of the event…
“They have certain things they get to do in school, but this just puts them out there in a more comfortable environment with their peers where they can learn and collaborate together and try to do things that they wouldn't necessarily get to do in school or anywhere else.”
The program started in March and is expected to run throughout the year with no foreseeable end date in sight.
