Jerome, Idaho (KMVT-TV) You might be wondering what is a helicopter doing on the football field of Jerome High School in what looks to be an Easter Egg Hunt?

The helicopter and its pilot only added to the excitement as the pilot dropped Easter eggs down below to the children.

This is an event put on by Believers Church out of Jerome.

And all together kids gathered around 4–5,000 eggs.

Dan Dayley, a volunteer says, "a Believers Church, the children, kids come first. That's always been our motto so this was always important for us to do this."

"It's so incredible to see so many people come together and people want to do some great exciting things in the Magic Valley and that's what we do," says Heather Ramirez, an organizer.

"How cool it was there was a helicopter and how it dropped all the eggs and then there were a lot of people to learn about Jesus," adds Aubryn Ramirez, a participant.

Pastor Clay Ramirez says, "come out and see Believers Church at nine or eleven starting next Sunday, we'd love to have you."

The church is located at 100 East Avenue D in Jerome.
