High Schools Bands Congregate at Burley High School
Burley, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Nine schools packed Skaggs Field at Burley High School for a Southern Idaho Band Showcase.
Schools came from as far as Boise, Central and Eastern Idaho to participate in the event. Steve Floyd, Burley Band Teacher says, "oh, it's a big deal. This is like the football games. You know and more than that because there's so few of them. We only get three or four marching competitions across the entire state. So it's not like we have one every weekend."
