Holleys' Court Dates Rescheduled
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The preliminary hearings for two Buhl residents have been postponed.
Michael Wayne Holley and Lisa Dawn Holley are both charged with two counts of theft by deception. Police say the couple lied, telling people their daughter had cancer in an attempt to raise money. Police also say they discovered the child doesn't have leukemia, or any other medical condition. Both Michael and Lisa Holley's preliminary hearings have been rescheduled to 8:15 a.m. Monday, October first. Sept. 7, 2012. Comments ( |
